Toybank’s Play Ambassador since 2020, Arzan is an architect by profession and sculptor by choice. He held his first solo show ‘Scraptures’ for the public at the Jehangir Art gallery in September 1993. His works can be found in corporate houses, hotels, and private collections around the world—ranging from six inches to 70 feet in height—including the dolphins at Worli and the Vikrant Memorial. To his credit, he also has the Moghul outside the Jewel of India at the Nehru Centre and the 25 feet diameter 3.5-ton ORB at Pune. With 13 solo shows and more than 150 group shows across India and the world, Arzan has now embarked on photography. He spends a large part of his time imparting his craft to children from all strata of society—IB schools or NGO children. Passionate about his work, Arzan takes up challenges that defy his creativity. He is a firm believer in the adage, ‘The impossible just takes a little longer.’
