Jayashankar, an MTech from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Madras), manages the development of the operational and impact systems, as well as, the monitoring and evaluation of our Play Programmes. A corporate employee-turned-social development professional with over 4 years of experience working with children in the non-profit sector, Jayashankar kickstarted his career at L&T Construction as a Senior Engineer and later managed the Mechanical and Electrical functions. After 3 years at L&T, Jayashankar joined the non-profit organisation Make A Difference as the Director of Operations where he played a crucial role in setting up the Operations and Impact vertical along with systems for a new pilot programme.
