With over 18 years of experience in the social sector, Poonam oversees our Play-based programme development and delivery. She has extensive experience across diverse fields such as health (specifically HIV & Nutrition), Child Rights and Life Skills Education and has worked in various capacities from grassroots to senior leadership, specialising in Programme Strategy, Design and Scaling, Programme Implementation, as well as Organisational Strategy. At Toybank, Poonam leads two verticals - Programmes and Human Resources and holds a Master's in Social Work with a specialisation in family and child welfare. She firmly believes that every child counts and has the right to safe spaces and happy childhoods.
