Ratan is the owner, founder, chairman, and director of numerous businesses, foundations, and other entities, including Nana Nani Foundation and Ratan J. Batliboi Consultants Pvt. Ltd. He also serves on the board as a trustee for Child Rights and You (CRY). He also won the Professor Claude Batley Prize for Outstanding Design Performance and the Gold Medal for receiving the highest design marks. He graduated from Sir JJ College of Architecture with First Class Honors and Distinction.
