Seema is the founder of the Smile Impressions Group of Dental practices, a partner at William Place Dental and Cosmetic Practice and the Managing Director of Dentabyte, her practice management consultancy. Seema has worked as a dentist in East London for 20 years. She has since founded multiple start-up dental clinics in and around London and has won numerous early business awards for the quick expansion of her dental practice. After travelling to Mumbai to appear in an episode of Secret Millionaire, Seema established her charity—Child Action which has raised more than £350K since 2010 to help vulnerable children in India with their education and personal growth. In 2014, Seema undertook a Postgraduate Certificate in Dental Education and worked for a year as an Honorary Lecturer in Healthcare Entrepreneurship and Management at the Dental Institute, King's College London. Her interests have expanded in recent years to include management training and business strategy, and from 2014 to 2016 completed a 2-year Executive MBA programme at Imperial Business School in London.
