Shweta founded Toybank in 2004 and currently heads Strategy and Fundraising for the organization.
Prior to Toybank, Shweta worked at Child Rights and You (CRY) in the Resource Mobilization Department. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering from D.J. Sanghvi College of Engineering.
While she’s not avidly listening to classical rock and western classical music, Shweta loves to read, play the violin, watch Hollywood movies and travel.
Welfare Manager - Rural and Urban
Madhulika's role is to ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the Toybank Centres, including team and teacher trainings, Power of Play Workshops for various Toybank Stakeholders and relationship building with our partners.
Prior to Toybank, Madhulika has had 14 years of work experience in the fields of Hospitality and Development. Her last assignment was at Care India, where she drove strategic partnerships with Corporates in the West region.
Madhulika holds an MBA in Sales and Marketing from the Institute of Engineering and Management, Kolkatta.
While not at work, Madhulika enjoys dancing and spending quality time with her family.
Assistant Manager, Inventory and Administration
Alim currently manages the entire administrative work at Toybank. He's the person behind maintaining our toy inventory and logistics, as well as lending a hand whenever we set-up our Toybank merchandise stalls.
Alim has previously worked at AudioVision India and Crosswords. His hobbies include reading motivational books and he enjoys playing football and cricket.
Alrex works as an assistant manager for Toybank’s Volunteer action vertical. He looks after the enthusiastic base of corporate and college volunteers.
Prior to Toybank, he worked with Christ University as a Student coordinator and faculty.
He holds a degree in law and when not at work, he enjoys tinkering around with technology and gadgets.
Neha is a field officer with Toybank and is involved with the stock-taking, play sessions, follow-ups and reporting of the centre-level activities.
Prior to Toybank, Neha has worked with Platinum One BPO Unit. She is qualified with a Masters degree in Social Work from SNDT Women's University.
Apart from work, Neha enjoys reading and singing.
Resource Mobilization and Communications
Mitali looks after the fundraising and communications at Toybank and engages with donors at various levels.
Having a keen interest in the development sector, Mitali has previously worked with Samhita Social Ventures, a CSR Consulting firm and has interned with TRRAIN, Oxfam India and the Grameen Bank in Bangladesh.
Mitali holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Commerce from St Xaviers College, Mumbai.
Apart from her passion for the outdoors and running, Mitali loves to read, cook, cycle, listen to music and travel.
Co-ordinator - Data Management
Dilip manages the data at Toybank. Prior to Toybank, he has worked as a data manager with NDS Infoserv for 8 years and Evergreen Gems for 1 year.
Dilip enjoys playing cricket and travelling.
Pinkan manages the backend work that begins with toy pickups and also the sorting, wrapping and coding of toys. He’s is also key in managing the toy inventory and keeping a track of all the toys that come into Toybank.
Outside of work, Pinkan is passionate about sports and loves football and cricket.
Srini multi-tasks and is Toybank’s internal game expert, knowing every game and quick to learn a new one. In addition to the inventory management, toy pickups, sorting and coding, Srini also visits the field for play sessions and follow-ups.
Prior to Toybank, Srini has had a stint with Mahindra & Mahindra as an IT personnel. In his free time, Srini enjoys watching Telugu movies and listening to music.
Raju looks after the office administration work and lends a hand at our Toy store areas whenever needed.
Raju is a BA Graduate and while he’s not at work, he’s busy playing every possible sport. His favourites include football, volleyball and cricket.
Tasneem works as an assistant manager for Toybank’s Volunteer action and Communication vertical.
Prior to Toybank, she worked as a Facilitator with Antarang Foundation. She holds a degree in Mass Media. Apart from work, Tasneem enjoys cycling and watching movies.
Rashmin works as a field officer at Toybank. Her role is to conduct play sessions, manage centers, follow-ups and stock taking.
Before Toybank she worked as a lecturer in Innovative Tutorials teaching environmental science. She has also volunteered with Pehchaan the Street School.
Rashmin holds a Masters environmental Biotechnology. Apart from work she enjoys reading, writing and loves listening to music.
Samson is a field officer with Toybank. He manages Toybank’s centers where he conducts play sessions with children from school and community centers. He leads teachers training sessions too.
Prior to becoming a Toybanker, he worked with Doctors for You Ngo as medical social worker.
Samson holds a Masters degree in Social work.
Though he may appear quiet, he is full of energy and enthusiasm while playing board games and enjoys outdoor games as well.

Vivek did his schooling from Campion School and graduated from St. Xaviers College in Science and later went on to do his L.L.B. He was the Founder President of The Association of Youth for a Better India in 1991. He is a faculty at MRA (Moral Re-Armament) IofC (Initiatives of Change International). He is currently running his stapling and nailing business at Kaymo.

Jiby Thomas is Founder & CEO of Webbutterjam, a Digital Marketing Company. Jiby has over 18 years of work experience in the internet and eCommerce industry. Jiby was Co-Founder & Vice President Marketing at Quikr, India's largest horizontal classifieds platform.
Before Quikr, Jiby was a member of the eBay India Management Team as well as the senior management team that launched and managed the eBay's Motors business, pioneering the concept of a B2B motors platform for dealers in India. He was also part of the founding start-up team that launched baazee.com (now eBay India) in India in early 2000.
Jiby holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Advertising & Public Relations and also completed a one-year Executive Education Program in ‘Leading and Managing‘ from IIM, Kolkata.
Subramanian MV had been a career banker for over 35 years, having worked in two Nationalised banks, Standard Chartered Bank and lastly Axis Bank. He retired as President, Rural and Inclusive Banking. He had earlier headed Risk, Business Banking, Relationship Departments as well as headed Axis Bank Foundation in Axis Bank since 2002.
During his long career he had worked in different markets and handled all sort of products and customers. He is passionate about Financial Literacy and Financial Inclusion.
From December 2016, he is on the Board of Globalspace Technologies Ltd. as an Independent Director.
Entrepreneur, Frisky Frogs
Priyam started her career at Adfactors Advertising before stepping into the NGO space to balance motherhood. She headed Products and Communications at Concern India Foundation, and is currently into children-centric retail. Her store, Frisky Frogs, Mumbai, retails international brands in kids wear and is well known in the school circles. Frisky Frogs’ is proud to be a Toybank collection centre.
Priyam holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Advertising and Marketing and is a trained teacher for the Primary Years Programme of the International Cambridge Curriculum.

Vikram is the founder and techie wizard at Open Tree Web. Vikram carries with him a variety of industry experiences, including having worked with Infosys Technologies Ltd. in India and Electronics Arts Inc., Los Angeles. He has also worked as a Senior Programmer with India Games Pvt. Ltd. (part of the UTV Group). Vikram has been the founding supporter of Toybank since early 2004.
He completed his Bachelors in Computer Engineering, from Sardar Patel College of Engineering, Bombay University. He went on to do his Masters from the prestigious Cornell University, New York, in Computer Science.

Ketan has 25+ years of experience as a technology entrepreneur and provider of software solutions for companies globally. Ketan is currently CEO at Sanginfo where he and his team architect and build cutting edge mobile applications. Sometime ago, Ketan co-founded Zoomin.com and as COO, helped it become India’s No. 1 player in the photo space.

Vivek is CEO at United Toys and President of The All India Toy Manufacturers Association (TAITMA).
He is the ambassador for Value of Play within the Indian toy industry for raising funds and support for the various projects to come.

Narender has been involved in Indian equity markets since 1992, which was the time the Indian markets opened up for foreign investors.
He began his career with ANZ Grindlays in 1992, where he was a part of the investment team that managed money for private clients. He then moved to the sell side
and worked for close to a decade and ahalf with firms such as BZW, W I Carr and Deutsche Bank.
In 1996, he assumed the role of Head of Research at BZW, which was the investment bank division of Barclays Bank. Later, he held dual responsibility of
Head of Research and Head of Equities at W I Carr and Deutsche Bank between 2000 and 2006.
As an analyst, he was responsible for coverage of a wide range of sectors and market strategy. He was ranked amongst India’s top analysts in internal ratings of
several global investors and also in external polls conducted by reputed agencies like Asiamoney and Institutional Investor.
His final role on the sell side was at Deutsche Bank, where as Managing Director and Head of Equities, he established and built the

Indu Rao is a Behavioral Science Practitioner with over 30 years of experience working in areas of Individual, Interpersonal and Intrapersonal facilitation. She has consulted in the area of Human Resource development, with both the corporate and social sectors. Assessing the organisations she works with, and creating strategies to support the human resource to reach their full potential is her skill.
Ms. Rao is one of the principal consultants in developing the International Management Development (IMDP) conducted by The Union. She is a fellow of Board Source (Center for Non Profit Governance Washington DC) and has specialized in helping build capacity in trusts and boards for better governance. Her last held position was Director Organization Learning with Habitat for Humanity International, Asia & the Pacific. Seema is a practicing dentist and has established several entrepreneurial start-up dental practices in and around London. She won several early business awards for the rapid growth of her dental practice in Docklands and cites receiving a business award from Richard Branson at the age of 28 as one of her most memorable career moments.
Seema founded Child Action in 2010 to support the education and personal development of underprivileged slum and street children in India. As well as fundraising for various charities in India, Seema strives to inspire children to help other children, encouraging them to embrace social entrepreneurship.
